Delivery

The current payment and delivery terms apply to all products you order through the ARTOS web shop. 

Orders will be dispatched to you within 5 working days of receipt of payment, provided they are in stock.

In the event of a complaint or damaged goods, you are asked to notify ARTOS as quickly as possible. Complaints can be made within 30 days. 

Please refer to the list below for shipping costs. For cash on delivery shipments, an additional cash on delivery fee of €4.00 and a delivery fee of €2.00 apply, payable directly to the delivery person.

If your parcel cannot be delivered, you will receive a reminder from ARTOS. After several delivery attempts, the parcel will then be returned to ARTOS.
