Important Notice Regarding Orders in Our Shop
We would like to point out that placing an order in our online shop does not yet constitute a binding order and that direct payment via the shop is currently not possible. Our shop primarily serves to present our products and options clearly and to record your requirements.
After you complete your order, we will promptly get in touch with you personally to discuss all the details together. This includes in particular the delivery options and payment methods best suited to your individual project. Only after these discussions will we be able to provide you with a binding quote that clearly sets out all costs and services.
The reason for this process is that the delivery and printing of logos on our fencing pistes is a highly individual process. Every order is unique: from the choice of material and the placement of the logo to specific requests regarding colours, formats or quantities. These factors cannot be mapped automatically in the shop. Our goal is to ensure the best possible quality for every project and to avoid errors that could arise with a standard order.
Through this personal contact, we ensure that all details are tailored precisely to your needs. This way, we not only guarantee that the final product meets your expectations, but also that the entire process – from the order through printing to delivery – runs smoothly and transparently.
